Virtual Workshop

About the event

The mission of Calm Clarity is to improve collective well-being, develop inclusive leaders, and co-create a world where all human beings and communities thrive together. We have supported thousands of people from diverse ages and backgrounds to rewire their brain to experience greater wisdom, fulfillment, and joy since our first programs in 2013 for inner-city high school students. Learn more about us and our non-profit work here.

As a capstone to Mental Health Awareness Month, we invite you to discover the power of mindful listening to build bridges and wholeness.

This live virtual workshop will share insights from the neurobiology of listening to empower you to practice mindful listening with more clarity and efficacy.

During this workshop you will be guided to practice and experience how mindfulness applied to listening can enable you to quickly build neural resonance to form deeply meaningful phsyiological, emotional, mental, and spiritual connections with other human beings.

You will experience how mindful listening and mirroring can enable you to enrich people's lives by holding space for them in ways that enable them to feel seen, heard, honored, valued, and cared for.

Recording and Hand-outs

This workshop will be recorded so participants can review the video. All participants will receive a PDF of the slide deck and be invited to a private space in the Calm Clarity Mighty Networks Platform where they can access the video.
