By joining this session, you will:
Understand how mindfulness meditations create changes in the brain.
Learn the 4 main brain systems enhanced by mindfulness meditations: the attention system, the meta-awareness system, the resilience system, and the connection system.
Experience how various types of mindfulness exercises activate each system so that you can more effectively guide your own practice.
