Virtual Seminar

About the event

Join this seminar to understand and experience how mindfulness meditations "work out" different brain systems and empower yourself to practice mindfulness with more confidence and effectiveness.

By joining this session, you will:

  • Understand how mindfulness meditations create changes in the brain.
  • Learn the 4 main brain systems enhanced by mindfulness meditations: the attention system, the meta-awareness system, the resilience system, and the connection system.
  • Experience how various types of mindfulness exercises activate each system so that you can more effectively guide your own practice.

All participants will receive a PDF of the slide deck following the seminar.

Tickets to this event support Calm Clarity's non-profit programs to serve disadvantaged groups as part of our mission to improve collective well-being and develop inclusive leaders.

This seminar was originally created by Due Quach for the Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator Training offered by Mindful Leader. With permission from Mindful Leader, we are now offering this program to the public to raise funds for our non-profit programs.
