About the event
Background
The mission of Calm Clarity is to use neuroscience to develop the leadership capacity of human beings to co-create a world where every person thrives. Since 2013, we have supported thousands of people, ranging from inner-city high school students to corporate c-suite executives, to rewire their brain to experience greater wisdom, fulfillment, and joy. Program Overview
This 90-minute session introduces you to the Calm Clarity "user manual for steering brain development" and guides you through short, practical exercises you can use immediately to elevate your performance, impact, and well-being.
First, you will meet your default mode network (DMN), a key part of the brain that constructs a mental model of the world and serves as an "inner narrator" to help you navigate your life.
Next, you'll discern how your DMN changes in 3 patterns of brain activation, which we label Brain…
