About the event
Valentine's Day has become a special occasion around the world to celebrate love and show appreciation for the people you love.
While celebrating Valentine's Day can bring forth joy and connection, we also acknowledge that this time of the year can also trigger stress and mixed feelings for many people. For example, people can experience fear, worry, insecurity, or loneliness in Brain 1.0 and/or anxiety, reward-chasing, competitiveness, or consumption in Brain 2.0.
Because of all the above, we see this as a singular opportunity to make a difference as a community by reflecting on and generating unconditional love.
At 7pm ET on Febraury 13, we invite you to engage in a deep and meaningful discussion around the following reflection prompts:
