This ground-breaking, experiential half-day workshop walks you through how to activate and develop your innate neural capacity for deep listening and understanding—the kind that builds trust, deepens relationships, enhances collaboration, and elevates performance.
Why This Training Is Different and Why It Works:
This workshop supports you to become aware of and rewire how your brain actually responds to others.
You'll apply neuroscience to uncover why you listen the way you do and what's getting in the way of your listening more effectively. You'll observe what's actually happening in your brain when you listen and practice techniques that enable you to manage your reactive listening patterns while activating your body’s neurobiological mechanisms for attunement, connection, and understanding.
